WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE?

We accept Credit/Debit cards, Klarna (Buy Now Pay Later) and Paypal payments. Shortly, we will be accepting a variety of Crypto currencies too. 

CAN I PAY USING PAYPAL WITHOUT A HAVING PAYPAL ACCOUNT?

Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a Paypal account is needed in order to make payments through Paypal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use. Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by Paypal. By using Paypal, we can process & deliver your orders to you in a shorter time. Paypal is the easiest & most secure way to make payment online. No account needed.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY GOODS?

We currently use Royal Mail. On average our customers receive their orders within 1 - 2 working days. This can vary dependent upon your location and shipping option you have selected. A tracking number will be provided with your order.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER ONCE IT IS PLACED?

We cannot guarantee we will be able to facilitate changes to your order after it has been placed. Please email us with any change requests as soon as possible and a member of our team will be able to help: team@wileycubofficial.com

CAN I REFUND OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Yes we do accept exchanges and returns providing your order has been unused and kept intact, including labels/ hangtags. Please see our Delivery & Returns Policy located at the bottom of our website for more information.
